In order to better serve our community we use a fully integrated online enrollment, sign in/out and billing system. There are a few steps to enroll but, once done, the process is fully automated, secure & safe.
Click the button below, and you will be asked to enter your & your children's information. If you have an email please be sure to enter it. You can add details for parents, authorized pickups and children here.
Having received information from the waitlist, we can then enroll your child(ren) as students. When you are enrolled you will receive an email from Procare inviting you to download their app and register. Please look out for an email with the subject:
[Action Required] Tide Pool Kids has invited you to join Procare!
If you do not receive the email within a day then please contact us.
When you receive the enrollment email, please download the app & register. The email includes instructions for doing this & for registering with Procare.
Once you register with the app, that's it! Now, when you drop off your children you simply scan a code (that is on our front desk) and your children are automatically signed in (or out!).
Please note that only authorized pickups will be allowed to drop off & pick up children. Parents can manage authorized pickups using the Procare app, or you can ask us to make changes. For safety & security, every authorized pickup is assigned a unique code.
We accept payment by credit card, which is entered via the app. If you are comfortable saving your card information, you will be automatically billed weekly (if you visited us the previous week). If you are not comfortable saving your card information, then you'll be invoiced weekly and asked to enter the card information.
